Do I need Pro to use the dashboard?

What is CHIP?
CHIP (Casino & Hospitality Itinerary Planner) is your personal AI cruise assistant. Ask it anything about ships, ports, itineraries, or your specific offers. It can compare sailings, suggest itineraries, and remember your travel preferences over time.
What happens when I run out of daily messages?
Free users get 5 CHIP messages per day. Pro users get 200. If you're a Pro subscriber and exceed 200 in a single day, you can use token pack credits or simply wait until midnight when your daily allowance resets.
What are token packs?
Token packs are one-time purchases of additional CHIP message credits for Pro subscribers. Each overflow message costs 200 tokens. Tokens never expire and are only consumed when you go beyond your daily limit.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel from your account dashboard at any time. You'll retain Pro access through the end of your current billing period.
